Rose Dattoli

Of East Boston

Rose Dattoli of East Boston died on June 17 at the age of 95.

She was the loving sister of the late Marie Daloia, Phyllis Fougere, Jerry Dattoli and Anthony Dattoli, cherished aunt of John Fougere, Denise Wilson and Bella Orlandella and also leaves many loving great and grand-nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St. East Boston . She was laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery with her beloved brothers and sisters.

CarmelindaRosato

Homemaker

Carmelinda (DeSisto) Rosato of Saugus formerly of Revere and East Boston, died on June 15 at Beth Israel Hospital. She was 78 years old.

Carmelinda came to the United States in 1961 first settling in East Boston.

A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Michele DiSisto and Vincenza (Rosato) DeSisto, beloved wife of the late Modestino “Morris” Rosato, devoted mother of Luigi Fiore and his wife, Annette of Medford, Michael Fiore and his wife, Carmelina of Wakefield, and Maria Fiore and her husband, Carmine Tammaro of Italy and dear sister of DilettaGrieco and her husband, Nunzio of Revere and the late Giuseppe DeSisto and his wife, Maria. She is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Her Funeral will be held from the Paul Buonfiglio& Sons – Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St, Revere on Friday, June 22 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mary “Louise” Doogue

Centenarian

Mary “Louise” (Di Filippo) Doogue of Orient Heights East Boston, passed away on June 12, in her 100th year.

She was the beloved wife of the late William Doogue, loving mother of Mary Jane Pagano of Rockland and William Doogue Jr. of Burlington, cherished grandmother of Colleen and Anthony Pagano and one great grandchild, Cameron and the dear sister of the late Nora Serino and Mary Porzio.

Jane Anne ‘Janie’ Vieira

Of East Boston

Jane “Janie” Anne Vieira of East Boston passed away on June 10 at the age of 79.

She was the loving mother of Stephen M.  Vieira and his companion, Jane of East Boston, dear sister of Mary Theresa Olivolo of East Boston and the late Matthew Vieira and his surviving wife, Eleanor of Revere; cherished grandmother of Stephen M. Vieira of Winthrop and former mother in law of Theresa DiAngelis. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews as well as her dear friend and neighbor, Yolanda Capurso and her beloved “GRAND” puppy, Pepper.
