Snow Angels
Dear Editor,
I’m writing to commend an Eastie “snow angel” who have come to the aid of both my mother, Phyllis, and I during the last couple of snow storms earlier this month.
Thank you to Boston City Councilor Lydia Edwards for her Snow Angel program that connected a young resident named Kyle in assisting to shovel out in front and on the side of my mother’s home. Kyle has been accessible, helpful, and reliable in a time when shoveling is an increasingly difficult undertaking.
I’m forever grateful to both the Councilor and Kyle for investing their time in supporting and connecting our community through service. It’s comforting to know there are individuals who are actively working to maintain the character of this neighborhood we love so much.
