District Seven Police Report

October 29, 2017

Around 5:30am in the area of 28 Saratoga Street while investigating a call for a suspicious person, District Seven Officers place a Hispanic male from Beverly Mass under arrest for an outstanding warrant for Larceny of Automobile Accessories.

Around 5:15pm District Seven Officers while on patrol in the area of Gladstone Street encountered a suspect known to have an outstanding warrant. The suspect a white male from East Boston was arrested on an outstanding warrant for receiving stolen property.

Around 6:45pm in the area of Marginal Street a White male from East Boston was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault & Battery.

October 31, 2017

Around 2:40pm District Seven Officers responded to the area of Lubec Street for a call of vandalism involving a BB gun. Upon arrival Officers spoke to the caller who reported that unknown person(s) shot a BB gun causing damage to 2 windows of their home. Officers searched the surrounding area for suspect(s) and or evidence, yielding negative results. District Seven Detectives responded for further investigation.

Around 8:00pm District Seven Officers while conducting a drug investigation in the area of the Orient Heights T Station placed a Black male from Boston Mass under arrest on several outstanding warrants out of various courts.

 

November 1, 2017

Around 1:40pm District Seven Officers responded to the area of Gove & Frankfort Street for a report of a robbery. The caller reports that while at said intersection two males described as (2 young Hispanic males in all black clothing, riding bicycles) rode past the victim and one of the suspects forcefully grabbed the victim’s cell phone from her hand while she was texting. The suspects continued riding towards Maverick Square. All District Seven Officers responding searched the area yielding negative results. This matter is under further investigation.

Around 1:40pm a District Seven Officer while responding to a call for a robbery, encountered a Hispanic male on the Greenway who appeared extremely nervous and attempted to push past the Officer. While the suspect pushed the Officer, the Officer felt a hard object in the suspects waistband area. During the ensuing struggle the suspect discarded a fully loaded firearm. After a brief struggle the suspect a Hispanic male from East Boston was placed under arrest and charged with Illegal possession of a Firearm, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest. The suspect was not involved in the robbery incident.

Around 5:50pm in the area of the Suffolk Downs T Station while conducting a drug investigation, Officers placed a White male from Chelsea Mass under arrest and charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A (Heroin) within 100 Ft of a playground.

 

November 2, 2017

Around 12:00pm in the area of 120 Meridian Street a White male was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.

Around 5:00pm in the area of Meridian & Condor Street while conducting a Drug Investigation District Seven Officers placed a Hispanic male from East Boston under arrest and charged him with Illegal Possession of Ammunition.

November 3, 2017

Around 7:40am in the area of 700 Bennington Street a White female from East Boston was arrested and charged with a Violation of an Existing Restraining Order and Domestic Assault & Battery.

Around 5:00pm while in the area of Lewis Mall a White male from East Boston was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault & Battery.

Around 5:30pm in the area of Marginal and South Bremen Street a White male from Boston Mass was arrested and charged with Unarmed Robbery, Intimidation of a Witness, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest.
