Jets Take Off Over South Boston with Convincing 41-8 Win on Thanksgiving Day

The East Boston High School football team ended their season with a 41-8 win over South Boston at White Stadium on Thanksgiving morning.  The Jets led 29-0 at the end of the first and 41-0 at the half.  Having a good time for East Boston was Joel Pastrana, scoring the first touchdown with a 59 yard run and senior Terrence Moore, adding a second with a 30 yard run.  The Knights got on the board in the final quarter with a touchdown and two point conversion.  East Boston ends the season at 7-3 and overall leads the rivalry at 50-42-6.   A good crowd was on hand to cheer on both teams amid delightful sunshine and mild temperature.
