William ‘Duke’ Cunningham
Of East Boston
William J. “Duke” Cunningham of East Boston,passed away on August 30.
A US Army veteran of the Korean War, he was the beloved husband of Concetta “Connie” (Elacqua) Cunningham; loving father of Linda Barrett and her husband, James of Reading; cherished grandfather of Kerryn Kostecki and her husband, Ryan and Melissa Thomas and her husband, David, all of Tewksbury; great grandfather of Michael Ryan Kostecki; dear brother of Clifford of South Carolina, John and Francis of New Hampshire and the late Dolores Harloff and James and Louis Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral arrangements were by Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, Revere. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in William’s name to the Chelsea Soldiers Home, 91 Crest Ave., Chelsea, MA 02150. For guest book: www.vazzafunerals.com
