Jason ‘Jay’ Clark

Of Chelsea, formerly of East Boston

Jason “Jay” Clark of Chelsea, formerly of East Boston, died suddenly on July 30 at the age of 36.

Jay was a graduate of East Boston High School, class of ‘98 and a past member of the Salesian Boys and Girls Club.

He was the cherished son of Theresa and Windale Clark of East Boston; devoted father of Jace, Jayla, Ariz and Michael; beloved fiance of Karen Hein; dear brother of Gregory Clark, Katrina Landaverde-Clark and Kayla Clark; adored grandson of Ann Mathieson and the late James and the late Irene and Joseph Ricks and the special grandfather of Jade.

Family and friends will honor Jay’s life by gathering in the chapel of the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., East Boston on Saturday August 8 from 2 to 6 p.m.

Michael Giangregorio, Sr.

Of Revere, formerly of East Boston

Michael M. Giangregorio, Sr. of Revere, formerly of East Boston, passed away surrounded by his loving family on August 2.

He was the beloved father of Michael M. Giangregorio, Jr. and his wife, Leah of Kansas City, MO; cherished companion of Sandra Dawson of Revere; loving son of Lorenzo and the late Giovanna Giangregorio; dear brother of Ralph Giangregorio and his wife, Jane of New Hampshire, Marilyn Giangregorio-Orlowski of West Peabody, Pasquale Giangregorio and his wife, Nancy of Revere and the late Marco Giangregorio and is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

His funeral will be held from the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St. (Orient Heights) East Boston on Thursday at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of his life at 10:30 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church, Revere. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are today, Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. Services will conclude with Michael being laid to rest in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Michael DiFeo

MBTA retiree

Michael A. DiFeo of East Boston died on July 30.

A member of Laborer’s Local 22 Union for over 20 years, Michael worked for the MBTA for 19 years.

He was the beloved son of Carmine and Ann (Piscitelli) DiFeo of East Boston; loving brother of Paul and his wife, Kelli of East Boston, Felicia A. DiFeo of Revere and East Boston and the late Carmen DiFeo; cherished uncle of Matthew, Stephanie, Anthony, Sean and Kayli and is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Nancy Dulcetta

Of Revere, formerly of East Boston

Nancy (Volpini) Dulcetta of Revere, formerly of East Boston, passed away July 31.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph Dulcetta; loving mother of Joseph D. and Jason C. Dulcetta, both of Revere; dear sister of Gail Diggins and her husband, John of North Carolina; sister in law of Lois Garadozzi and her husband, Boris of Florida, Lisa Burch and her husband, Charles of Lynn, Andrea Page of Lawrence and Daniel Dulcetta of Winthrop and is also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Nancy’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home 262 Beach St. Revere today, Wednesday, August 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. and again at 8 a.m. Thursday morning before leaving in procession to St Anthony’s Church for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in her honor at 9 a.m. Burial will be private. James F. Condelli

Retired Produce Center foreman

James F. Condelli of Beachmont died on July 28 at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home. He was 93 years old.

A US Army veteran of World War II who served on Guadalcanal, he worked as a foreman at the Produce Center for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed visiting Suffolk Downs and was a member of the West End Club and Mercury Club.

He was the son of the late Bernadino and Maria (Coronella); the beloved husband of Jennie (Morganelli); devoted father of Corinne Deveau and her husband, Edward of Beachmont, Marie Condelli of Revere, Denise Mattera and her husband, Tony of Revere, Sherry Desmond and her late husband, James “Desi” of Beachmont, and James Condelli of Revere. He was the last surviving child out of 10 in his family and is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis McCarthy

Of Stoughton, formerly of East Boston

Dennis D. McCarthy of Stoughton, formerly of East Boston, died at home on Sunday, July 12 after a courageous battle with cancer.  He was 67 years old.

The loving husband of 41 years of Lorraine J. (Palladino) McCarthy, he was born in Winthrop, raised and educated in East Boston and was a graduate of Boston Technical and Franklin Institute.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University in Boston.  He was a Proud Veteran of the US Navy for two years during the Vietnam Era and served in the Naval Reserve for over 23 years.

Mr. McCarthy was a longtime dedicated employee of the Canam Steel Corporation in South Easton as a Sales Engineer.  He was an avid golfer and was a member of the Cedar Hill Golf Committee and Past President of the Stoughton Friends for Seniors.

An avid fan of the Boston sports teams, in his free time, he enjoyed reading and spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Ryan R. McCarthy of Raynham and his daughter, Amanda A. Corbin and her husband, Christopher A. of East Bridgewater.  He was the grandfather of Molly, Emily and Evan McCarthy and Donovan Dennis Corbin; the brother of Maureen Freitas and her late husband, Edward of Billerica and Patricia Hart and her husband, Peter of Georgetown.
