Elaine Pericolo

Of Revere

Elaine R. (DeLuca) Pericolo of Revere died on January 29.

The beloved wife of the late Carmine J. Pericolo, she was the loving twin sister of Etta Cianfrocca of East Boston and the late Frank DeLuca, Patricia Franklin, Florence Sant and Eleanor Faraci and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Teresa Recchia

Of East Boston

Teresa (Lenoci) Recchia of East Boston died on January 28. She was 93 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Recchia; loving mother of Maria Turturro and her husband, Mauro of East Boston, Domenico Recchia and his wife, Maria of Revere and the late Sabino Sammy Recchia and his surviving wife, Barbara of Revere; cherished grandmother of Deanna, Marisa, Marygrace, Jennifer, Rita, Gianpiero, Francesco; great-grandmother of Nicholas, Alexandra, Madisonm Olivia, Dylan, Ava and Sophia; dear sister of Madeline Del Prato and her husband, Joseph of East Boston and the late Anna Forina and Tony Socci. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Magrath Funeral Home, East Boston. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Joan Ruggiero

Of Winthrop, formerly of East Boston

Joan F. (Indingaro) Ruggiero of Winthrop, formerly of East Boston, died on January 27. She was 73 years old.

The beloved wife of over 54 years of Frank G. Ruggiero, she was the devoted mother of Stephen Ruggiero and Debbie Farren and her husband, Patrick, all of Winthrop and the late Frank Ruggiero; dear sister of Charles Indingaro and his wife, Madeline of Boston and the late Richard Indringaro and his surviving wife, Ann of Tennessee; cherished grandmother of Stephen Ruggiero and Marisa Joan Farren and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral will be held from the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., East Boston on Friday January 31 at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Joan’s life in St. John the Evangelist Church, Winthrop Street, Winthrop at 10 a.m. Visiting Hours will be today, Thursday, in the chapel of the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
